Academy enrolment is open!

Hello!

We're winding down for the summer holidays here in Edinburgh, but September is just around the corner. If you're looking ahead to Fall, enrolment is open for our Fall Academy online classes. New for this year, Sarah will be teaching a new unit, an Introduction to the art, architecture, and history of al-Andalus.

Our mission in the Digital Lab is to bring accurate information about medieval Islamic art, architecture, and history to wide public audiences, through video games, and through open education. We welcome anyone who's curious about the topic and wants to learn about it in an easy, accessible and enjoyable way.

All the details are on our website:

If you know one other person like yourself, someone who's curious about medieval Islamic art and history and who would enjoy a quick introduction, please feel free to share this with them.

We'll be taking a holiday in August, but we'll be back in September. Til then wishing you a restful and peaceful August.

All my best,

Glaire

P.S. if you haven't had a chance to catch up on what happened at our Digital Lab Days event, there are some brilliant recaps, courtesy of Mona, Izzy, and Deniz, on our LinkedIn page. Do have a look - hope you enjoy those!
